Trim Dies
The design, build and repair of trim dies (upper compound, lower compound, double compound and push through trim dies) represents a significant portion of Global Tool's business for the die casting industry.
We work closely with our customers from the preliminary stage of design to the completion of a project, ensuring the development of a tool that best fits your needs. All tooling is built to print specifications using premium quality tool steels, fully certified by Global Tool.

Global Tool designs and builds high-quality progressive stamping dies, blanking dies, and lamination dies from a wide range of materials. Designed in 2D or 3D, our dies are then machined with maintenance in mind and are easy to disassemble, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Global Tool's goal is to extend the life of a tool through a long-term repair & maintenance solution rather than a temporary "band-aid" approach. Our expert staff takes great pride in workmanship and uses only premium quality steels for all components.

CNC Machining
Global Tool provides precision CNC machining of prototypes and short-run parts, including quality-machined castings in a variety of materials.
Our state-of-the-art vertical CNC machining center includes linear scales, through spindle coolant, and operates at speeds up to 15,000 rpm.
Global Tool's skilled programmers coupled with our advanced CAM software ensure maximum efficiency, saving valuable time with programming and set-up.
Wire EDM
Our state-of-the-art in-house wire EDM machines offer the flexibility to cut a wide range of materials, from tool steel to aluminum to carbide. Global Tool's capabilities include workpieces up to the following specifications:
